Starting from zero: building a brand for workplace wellbeing

The no limits team began at the very start of their journey with a clear ambition to bring Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) into the workplace. Together, we set out to create a brand that helps companies support their people, strengthen resilience and work towards the Keep Well mark. From the outset, the identity needed to speak to the corporate world while still feeling human. Bold, vibrant and professional, without ever becoming clinical.

Shaping the brand

Time was spent refining the right look and feel, starting with stylescapes to quickly test different visual directions. These explored how colour, shape and people could work together to tell the story, helping the team align on what felt right.

From there, concepts were sketched around themes of connection, communication and digital interaction. Six routes were developed to fully explore the possibilities, shown in the next section.

INITIAL IDEAS

Where movement meets meaning: the final identity

The final design brought together the strongest ideas. The logo mark was inspired by play, pause and record buttons, simple digital symbols that suggest energy and forward motion. The typeface is rounded and clean, adding balance and warmth. A subtle detail in the “i” forms two people facing each other, a quiet nod to communication and care.

The result is a brand shaped through genuine collaboration on both sides. Professional enough for the corporate space, yet vibrant, approachable and human at its core.
